
Player Support Team Member - Night Shifts

Our growing player support team makes up over half of our employees and while we do
work in traditional areas of customer support, we also work within a unique environment
to safeguard our players' gaming experience across a wide range of activities.

and plenty of initiative to join us. You will help support our players online in every
step of their journey, creating a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the Jagex online gaming community and provide support and assistance by helping to manage the moderators, answering queries, investigating complaints, solving issues, and reviewing offence appeals;
- Assist with billing, community safety and forum issues;
- Ensure that our chat filters are up-to-date and that offensive account names are removed quickly;
- Work with our investigation unit to deal with copyright infringement.
Essential requirements:
- Availability to work night shifts (four days a week, 10 hours shifts from 12am to 10am);
- A passion for online communities and customer service;
- Extremely proficient skills, both written and spoken, in both English and ideally another language;
- Excellent computer literacy, with good keyboard skills;
- Ability to show good initiative, judgement and excellent attention to detail;
- An interest in online role-playing games.

Salary
£19k to £21k (OTE), plus excellent benefits package, including annual bonus, private healthcare, gym membership and more.
Location
Cambridge. Candidates must be able to work in Cambridge, or to re-locate.
